All content is offered for educational and spiritual purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or health advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. Dr. deWolfe is not providing medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy through this site or its training.
Some practices taught here involve breathing exercises, breath retention, fasting, and physical exertion. For a healthy practitioner, most of these are ordinary training practices. They still can carry real risks of injury or harm for anyone with certain health conditions. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any such practice, especially if you have any medical or mental-health condition. Never practice breath-holding or hyperventilation in or near water, while driving, or while standing. Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or unwell. The training is offered to the public and intended for people in good health; we cannot assess any individual buyer, so the responsibility to judge your own fitness for it rests with you. You undertake all practices voluntarily and at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase this training.
Access to the training is a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Do not share login credentials, redistribute training materials, or make training content available to others. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. The training content is protected intellectual property, and we will act to protect it, including by legal means where necessary.
Payments are processed by Podia and its payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your card details. Because the training is digital content delivered in full immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. This is deliberate. The training must be undertaken with a committed decision, and that decision is yours to make.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK: you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By completing your purchase and accessing the training, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
We guarantee no result of any kind: mental, physical, spiritual, or otherwise, and the reason is the nature of the training. We can teach you the techniques, but whether you can reach "the destination" depends on your commitment, tenacity, and discipline.
We share what the tradition holds about this world openly, at no cost, to all people: in the articles, the letters, the downloadable materials, and the videos. The training that is available for purchase is the undertaking itself, and it is not for everyone. While it is open to all people, the results are earned by those who do the work. It is an amalgamation of the ancient spiritual tradition and Dr. deWolfe's life's work: his dedication and research into his own people's history and traditions as a member of the Mi'kmaq Nation, and his becoming a Doctor of Chinese Medicine in order to restore this knowledge.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
